ITPS 1 (Basic) – ITPS 3 (Advanced)

ITPS (Israeli Tactical Point Shooting) is a programmed method of weapons deployment that has been very successful in Israel for the last few decades. It is designed for close-quarter action and teaches the shooter to “draw, cock, and shoot” a violent offender in one second or less under extreme stress.

IZDAN’s Basic, Tactical and CQB Shooting Courses are designed with the objective of preparing Protection Specialists as well as the amateur shooter with the special skills and judgment demanded by professionals.

The trainee will be presented with the best features used in the Israeli handgun combat system. Trainees will learn fundamentals of urban fighting, various concealed carry conditions, good peripheral vision, employment of lethal option tactics against multiple threats, shooting with one and two hands and progressing to advanced close combat fighting techniques.

This seminar presents step-by-step training to weapons deployment and Israeli tactical point shooting methodology. This is the training used by the Israeli Defense Forces.

July 20 – ITPS 1 (Basic)
July 21 – ITPS 2 (Intermediate)
July 22 – ITPS 3 (Advanced)

Testimonial:

I'll make my statement simple. Anyone who has a gun or is planning to have one needs to take this seminar. Be fortunate enough to train with Kfir Cohen. It is a rarity to have an instructor of this caliber to be in your neck of the woods. This is the difference of owning a fire arm and knowing how to use one. Every gun owner who wants to protect themselves and their loved ones needs to take this seminar. Best of all, Kfir Cohen instructs in a positive format without deluding the importance of being ready for any type of fire fight.

Joel Griffin

I signed up for ITPS Training as a complete beginner; I'm glad this was my first pistol experience, because Kfir's emphasis on precision, safety, and weapon knowledge was a perfect base to learn and build on. Returning for a second round of training after a year, I found that the skills I learned the first time were still in my head, which is a testament to the instructor. Kfir has a very effective teaching style, communicating his extreme level of expertise to his students and balancing the very serious course material with a light touch and sense of humor. He clearly and precisely demonstrates the how and why of shooting and tactics. The ITPS Beginner course is perfect for zero-experience novices as well as seasoned shooters, and the topics covered in the Intermediate training are an extremely challenging followup. Regardless of experience level I would definitely recommend KMI's ITPS Training; next time I'm going on and taking the Advanced course as well!
