Aaron is a professional figurative oil painter who spends his time outside of the studio in the gym. With over 10 years experience, he specializes in optimizing performance, body composition, and overall fitness. His methods include a broad mix of weight training, kettlebells, volume and interval training, along with diet modification and meal timing. Although he concentrates on “advanced training”, by necessity, he also excels at programming for recovery and injury prevention.
