S.P.E.C. = Specialized Program in Exercise and Combat – and this class will get you up and at ’em with high-intensity and strength training every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning for 6 weeks!
This 6-week program led by Tactica’s own Alexandra Lowe focuses on progressing through exercises to enhance Krav Maga and fighting performance, Improve strength, speed, power, and cardiovascular conditioning.
For members and non-members alike, this program was developed to meet the common request for a morning cardio and strength training opportunity. This program runs separately from other memberships and may be purchased on its own as a stand-alone program, 3x per week for 6 weeks.
