Are you a morning person? Do you want to start your work day off with some momentum and energy? In this 6 week SPEC program, Alexandra Lowe will motivate you to build off of each class, each set of exercises, and each ounce of strength that you glean from each morning SPEC session.
This is a 6-week program, designed to build off of each class. $250 for KMI members, $350 for the general public. Limited spaces available! Classes begin on April 11th and will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30am in Oakland. What should you expect?
– Exercises to enhance fitness, Krav Maga and fighting performance
– Improve strength, speed, power, and cardiovascular conditioning
– SPEC fitness test at beginning and end of boot camp
– Types of training/equipment: kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, calisthenics, TRX, medicine balls, etc.
