* What to wear: Regular workout clothes are fine, but we do not allow street shoes on the mat (either train in socks or bare feet, or wear dedicated training shoes -- old sneakers that you've cleaned are fine).
* What to bring: No protective gear is required to try classes, but if you prefer, consider a mouth guard and groin guard.
