STOP! Virtual Women’s Self Defense by Danny Zelig is a series of virtual self-defense seminars that focus on situations and scenarios that women experience where violence and threats of physical violence are prone to occur.

Each seminar will focus on a different scenario and context to set a framework for the training, but the material and philosophy learned in each seminar will apply to many environments and situations.

Train in techniques to defend yourself in various scenarios using Krav Maga. Taught by Tactica CEO and Head Instructor Danny Zelig, these popular seminars are “don’t miss” events!

June 19th will focus on extending Krav Maga self defense techniques to also focus on common scenarios that you and your family, a friend or loved one might encounter together. Learn how to modify self defense to protect another person (child, friend, loved one…).
