Tactical Home Defense 1 (THD1)

SOLD OUT

Prepare for one of the most dangerous criminal scenarios, the Home Invasion, during this one day hands-on clinic where anyone can learn to apply the proven fundamentals of armed and unarmed Close Quarters Combat (CQC) within the walls of your home or place of business. The course is presented by experienced instructors from the US Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

According to the US Bureau of Justice Statistics, 3.7 million burglaries occurred each year on average from 2003 to 2007, with a household member present in roughly 1 million burglaries, and became victims of violent crimes in over 1/4 of burglaries.

Utilizing our state of the art simulation facility and MilSim weapons, you will apply the proven fundamentals of armed and unarmed Close Quarters Combat (CQC) within the walls of your home or place of business. Develop the mindset, skills, and tactics needed to build a strong defense plan and keep you, your family, or your co-workers safe.

Course attendees will be taught and drill practical armed and unarmed CQC fundamentals, run highly realistic training scenarios, and be de-briefed and critiqued by our uniquely qualified Combat experienced instructor staff.

Training is conducted in a state of the art simulation environment, maximising realism using:

  • Our modular, reconfigurable, and environment-controlled simulation house,
  • Professional grade MilSim (non-live fire) firearms, and
  • Role players in Blauer High Gear full contact, dynamic training suits.

If you want to gain the skills and tactics necessary to be physically and mentally prepared to defend your home, business, and loved ones, this clinic delivers a valuable set of fundamental tools from which you can begin to develop your own unique plan.

Testimonial:

I had a great time! At first I was a but afraid of what kind of training I was walking into. I wasn't sure if I had enough experience or what to expect. Jacob, Rick and everyone at KMI were amazing. Lots of material, but we were able to soak it up and we learned a lot.

I would repeat this course as often as I possibly can to keep learning this useful information. I LOVED THIS SEMINAR!!! You all obviously put a lot of work and care into this course...It really showed. All the staff made this an enjoyable course to take. I really liked the the information Danny presented for gun and knife defenses. I plan on incorporating what I learned from him into my regular training. It truly was a privilege to spend ~1.5 hours with him. I am especially grateful for the additional stress inoculation drill he did for me. I am not used to training like that but I have been looking for that in my training. I am getting to that level where that becomes increasingly important. From my perspective, the attacker in the High Gear Suit was a very important element to the training. It would not have been the same without him.

I loved this class and would take a similar one more geared for practical civilian self defense. Very good instructors and role players. It's important to train with role players to get over your inhibition to attack a real person.

"Like I mentioned before, my personal opinion was that the role playing training could possibly been an 8 hour training. The home defense training could potentially be a separate training on it's own. There is so much to learn, and so little time. Overall, I loved the training and I would recommended to anyone. The instructors were phenomenal. They keep everyone engaged the entire time. Great interactive class. I give it an A++++"
