STOP! Women’s Self Defense: In and Around Cars Part 1 (SF)

Be prepared and fight back: Women’s self-defense around your car!

On Saturday, December 14th, join us for “In and Around Cars part 1,” a practical workshop designed to empower women with the self-defense skills and strategies they need to stay safe around their vehicles.

This workshop goes beyond basic awareness. We’ll explore common attack scenarios, but we won’t just teach you how to avoid them. You’ll learn how to develop the aggression and will to fight back, giving you the confidence to handle any situation.

  • Dissect common dangers. Learn to recognize red flags and take preventive measures to avoid becoming a target.
  • Develop situational awareness that goes beyond looking. We’ll train you to trust your gut and take decisive action.
  • Target Hardening. Learn how to make yourself a less attractive option for attackers through body language and assertive presence.
  • Unlock your inner strength. Discover the power of self-defense techniques and develop the will to use them effectively.
Led by Tosca, a certified Krav Maga instructor with diverse martial arts experience, you’ll gain practical knowledge through targeted drills and expert guidance. For Tosca, Krav Maga is more than just fighting; it’s a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. Her classes are challenging yet supportive, fostering a space where you can push your boundaries and discover the strength and resilience you hold within.
Take control of your safety and build your self-defense toolkit. Register today and take the first step towards feeling safe and empowered around your car. Space is limited to 21 participants, so don’t delay!
