STOP! Women’s Self Defense: On the Ground Part 2 (SF)

Fall down seven times, get up eight!

On Saturday, May 11th, join us for “On the ground part 2,” a practical workshop focused on the essential skills of falling safely and efficiently getting back on your feet in self-defense situations. Building upon the foundation of “Part 1,” this session empowers you with the confidence and technique to navigate ground encounters with control and poise. Whether you’ve taken “Part 1” or are new to the series, this session equips you with valuable knowledge and techniques. However, for a comprehensive understanding of ground fighting and self-defense, taking both workshops is highly recommended.

Led by Tosca, a certified Krav Maga instructor with diverse experience in martial arts, you’ll gain practical knowledge through targeted drills and expert guidance. For Tosca, Krav Maga is more than just a fighting system; it’s a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. Her classes are challenging yet supportive, fostering a space where you can push your boundaries, discover your inner strength, and navigate challenging situations with confidence.
