In 2014 after having her first baby, Tosca walked into a Krav gym, got tackled, and immediately recognized the place as home. To her, Krav is both a highly practical self defense system and a metaphorical sandbox for personal transformation, both physically and mentally. In addition to Krav, she studies dance, Yoga, Escrima, Jujitsu, and athletic conditioning and weaves ideas and movements from all of these into her classes.
