STOP! Women’s Self Defense Workshop: Defending with Common Objects

Don’t miss these consistently sold out women’s self defense workshops offered by Krav Maga Institute, led by our top female instructor Deanna Perez. See for yourself why these situational workshops leave attendees feeling empowered and more confident, with life saving physical and psychological skills that can be used immediately.

The STOP! Workshops are offered every other month in 2016, roughly on the last Sunday of the month, rotating through our three Bay Area locations. Each workshop is 2h15m long and covers physical and mental self defense techniques. Be prepared for physical activity, but you can wear street clothes if you prefer. No protective gear is required. Note that for cleanliness reasons, no street shoes are allowed on our training mats — you can train in socks or bare feet if you do not have dedicated indoor-only training shoes.
