Testimonial:

The extremely realistic scenarios, which essentially mimicked being trapped with your assailant in a confined space helped to make this workshop one of the more powerful ones I have attended. The techniques Deanna taught us were simple, but effective in helping us to learn how to deal with a multitude of possible approaches by an assailant on public transportation. I thought Deanna did an excellent job of explaining what behaviors and reactions can either help or hinder surviving an altercation or potential altercation on public transit. I would recommend this seminar to any woman, whether she uses public transportation or not, for the defenses can be utilized in non-public transportation scenarios (sitting on a park bench, in a movie theater, a hospital waiting room, etc), as well.

The seminar was great! It's always great to train and to work with and under such amazing people.
