STOP! Women’s Self Defense in Public Places

The popular STOP! Women’s Self Defense series is back! Offered every other month in 2014, train in techniques to defend yourself in various scenarios using Krav Maga.

Taught by our top female instructor Deanna Perez, these seminars are “don’t miss” events.

March covers the “Public Places” scenario, where you will learn defenses appropriate for crowded and possibly chaotic public places like a store, bar, or nightclub.
